This podcast is for women feeling the weight, stagnation, or tension after what they’ve built, navigating the intense, transformative space where real evolution begins.
In this space, we explore the natural process of unbecoming — shedding what no longer serves, softening what’s rigid, and dissolving patterns that limit growth. You’ll hear lived experience, reflective insights, and stories of metamorphosis from women in the cocoon phase of life, preparing to rise aligned, authentic, and free.
If you are ready to honor your life cycle, embrace the in-between, and step into your next chapter aligned with your evolving self, this space is for you.

Are you serious? Did someone really say this?

When I heard about this news, I was really upset, disappointed and… it was not a surprise to me.

This feeling of well, this is not surprising is so unfortunate, yet many Japanese women felt the same. It is absolutely not ok to put this situation as this is what it is or しょうがないよね。
