Yoshiko Tukiyama Elmore is a life-shift producer for career women who are in 40s, also known as アラフォー. Yoshiko’s life definitely had been a rollercoaster ride; but somehow, she landed on a book called ワーク・シフト ― 孤独と貧困から自由になる働き方の未来図〈2025〉in 2013 which impacted her life and gave her an opportunity to re-evaluate her life and re-built on the life she loves. Based on this inspiring experience, Yoshiko is now teaching the concept of the “work shift” and “self discovery”. Today, Yoshiko had helped over 60 clients and impacting many Japanese women’s life the way they love.
